Questions contractors ask us
Does the AI send emails on its own?
No. Crewvant drafts messages, and an owner or admin approves (or edits) each one before it's sent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and is tracked in the contact's history.
What exactly is the founding member price?
The first 10 businesses pay $249.99/month instead of $499.99, locked for as long as their subscription stays active. If you cancel, the founding price ends.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month. Cancel anytime from Billing in the app, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything (leads, customers, jobs, estimates, and history) from Settings, and the export stays available for 30 days after you cancel. After that we delete it.
Can my office manager and crew use it too?
Yes. Invite up to 25 people. Owners and admins approve messages and manage billing; members work their leads and tasks.
Can it send texts?
Not yet. Email comes first, and texting is on our roadmap.
